WHAT OUR GUESTS SAY

OUR STORY

We have always appreciated the simple pleasures of being by the sea and have spent many long and happy days exploring this spectacular part of the North Norfolk coast. Fascinated by the rich history and architecture associated with Britain’s Victorian seaside resorts we were immediately drawn to the conversion of the iconic 19th Century Burlington Hotel on Sheringham’s Esplanade.

THE BURLINGTON HOTEL

When we explored the Burlington for the first time it was clear that the grand proportions of the former dining room and reception areas with their floor to ceiling arched windows provided a very special blank canvas for a new seaside retreat. Drawing on our own positive self catering experiences and the success of our first holiday let, The Cowshed, we have focused heavily on attention to detail with the aim of providing our guests with the most relaxing holiday stay possible. We feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to bring this magical space back to life and hope that our guests enjoy staying here as much as we do.
